- Coordinate alterations and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain and update client information for effective communication and relationship building.
- Receive, label, and display merchandise in accordance with brand standards.
- Replenish stock and maintain the boutique's visual presentation.
- Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
- Organize stockroom and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.
- Proven experience in luxury leather goods, accessories, or footwear sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening abilities.
- Persuasive with impeccable presentation and service orientation.
- Deep product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client book.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in a third language.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.
- Proficiency in managing client relationships and databases.
- Attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management.
A minimum of two years of experience in luxury retail, particularly in leather goods, accessories, or footwear.
