1. Achieve individual sales and store goals to enhance and develop the business.

1. Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion sectors.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent communication skills.
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a retail setting.
4. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a passion for the fashion industry.
5. Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.
