- Drive sales results by building and maintaining a strong client portfolio
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing Balenciaga's standards of service
- Engage clients by building authentic and long-term relationships
- Provide professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork
- Work with the Stock team to ensure product availability
- Provide feedback on client activity and market trends
- Maintain display and organization according to visual merchandising guidelines
- Proven experience in a similar role or a role with a transferrable skill set
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Product sensitivity and strong market and fashion trends knowledge
- Ability to work in a team and independently
