1. Drive sales results by building and maintaining a strong, updated client portfolio.
2. Ensure client satisfaction by adhering to Balenciaga's service standards and values.
3. Engage clients by establishing authentic, long-term relationships from initial contact to after-sales service.
4. Exhibit professionalism and expertise in all interactions, including communication and teamwork.
5. Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfill client requests.
6. Provide feedback on client activity and market trends.
7. Maintain display and organization of all areas according to visual merchandising guidelines.

1. Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

1. Product sensitivity and strong knowledge of market and fashion trends.
2. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
3. Strong administrative and digital skills.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar sales role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
