- Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

- Ensure optimal stock levels and quality of merchandise; manage in-store displays and sales items.

- Previous experience with an international brand; sales experience preferred.
- Strong sensitivity and recognition of brand, apparel, and fashion trends.
- Demonstrated responsibility and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
- Excellent communication, client relationship, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
- Competency in MS Office and other computer software.
