1. Drive sales results by building and maintaining a robust client portfolio.

3. Engage clients by fostering authentic and long-term relationships, from initial contact to after-sales service.
4. Exhibit professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
5. Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and meet client demands.
6. Provide feedback on client activity and market trends.
7. Maintain display and organization in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.

1. Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

1. Product sensitivity and strong knowledge of market and fashion trends.
2. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
3. Strong administrative and digital skills.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
5. Fluency in English and Dutch.

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector or a related field is required.
