1. Previous experience in assisted sales within fashion, luxury, and leather goods sectors.

2. Product sensitivity and good knowledge of market trends and fashion.
3. Result-oriented with commercial acumen.
4. Flexibility, openness, curiosity, listening skills, and stress resilience.
5. Aptitude for assisted sales and teamwork.
6. Proficiency in digital skills.
7. Fluent in Italian and English.

Previous experience in assisted sales within fashion, luxury, and leather goods sectors is required.
