- Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute product presentation guidelines.
- Build and update the client portfolio using the Luce app.
- Foster authentic and long-term client relationships.
- Adhere to client journey and loyalty program guidelines from headquarters.
- Exhibit professionalism and teamwork in all interactions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with a service-oriented approach.
- Support sustainability goals.
- Perform front-of-house and back-of-house duties independently.
- Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
- Manage store deliveries and client shipments.
- Contribute to stock control and inventory management.
- Support after-sales processes and provide feedback to management.
- Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training (internal candidates).
- Minimum of 1 year as a Sales Associate (internal candidates).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience (external candidates).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and market dynamics.
- Competence in using retail management software and tools.
