1. Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
2. Act as a guide for customers, fostering interactions and building strong, lasting client relationships.
3. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional and professional customer service.
4. Ensure inventory levels and product quality are maintained; manage in-store displays and merchandise sales.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays meet company standards.
6. Adhere to all store and company policies and operational procedures.

1. Experience working with international brands; sales experience is preferred.
2. Strong sensitivity and recognition of brand, apparel, and fashion trends.
3. Demonstrated responsibility and team collaboration skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments.
5. Excellent communication skills, customer relationship management, and interpersonal abilities.
6. Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
7. Proficient in MS Office and other computer software.
