1. Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
2. Engage with customers, acting as a guide to establish strong and lasting client relationships.
3. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to deliver superior and professional customer service.
4. Ensure optimal stock levels and product quality; manage in-store displays and merchandise sales.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards.
6. Adhere to all store and company policies and operational procedures.

1. Previous experience with international brands; sales experience preferred.
2. Strong sensitivity and discernment for brand, fashion, and trends.
3. Demonstrated responsibility and team collaboration skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
5. Excellent communication, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
7. Competence in MS Office and other computer software.
