1. Utilize appropriate sales techniques to meet daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
2. Guide customers, interact with them, and build strong and lasting customer relationships.
3. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to provide high-quality and professional customer service.
4. Ensure stock levels and product quality; manage in-store displays and merchandise.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays meet requirements.
6. Adhere to all store and company policies and operational procedures.

1. Experience working with international brands; sales experience is preferred.
2. Strong sensitivity and recognition of brand, clothing, and fashion trends.
3. Responsible and team-oriented.
4. Ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments.

1. Excellent communication skills, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
2. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and other computer software.

Experience in sales, particularly with international brands, is preferred.
