1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention with the team.
10. Ensure cash registers and safe function properly, maintaining cash accuracy and timely bank deposits.
11. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
12. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of store property.
13. Maintain adequate levels of store supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision for business development.

A minimum of three years in a comparable role within the retail or fashion sector is required.
