1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Maintain an organized stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Facilitate effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Manage store shrinkage and ensure operational excellence in partnership with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager.
10. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safes, and manage cash accuracy and bank deposits.
11. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
12. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of store property and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion companies.
2. Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.
4. High level of personal performance and strategic thinking.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the retail or fashion sectors.

The hourly rate ranges from $22.00 USD to $24.00 USD, depending on experience and location.
