- Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
- Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management in daily store operations.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Maintain effective communication across departments and with team members.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
- Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure cash registers and safes function properly and maintain transaction accuracy.
- Assist with visual merchandising according to company standards.
- Oversee store maintenance and ensure high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
- Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Proficiency in French and English for excellent client service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven sales success, exceeding individual and store goals.
- Strong business acumen and passion for the fashion industry.
- Strategic vision to develop business and achieve high performance.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
