1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with departments, stores, colleagues, and staff.
7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and suggest necessary updates.
9. Implement and enforce company sustainability policies locally and globally.
10. Partner with Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
11. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safe, maintaining cash accuracy and timely bank deposits.
12. Assist in implementing visual display and merchandising as per company standards.
13. Communicate visual standards information from Store Manager and Corporate to the team.
14. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
15. Maintain high standards for fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion industries.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales goals.
4. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
5. Strategic vision to develop business and personal performance.

A minimum of three years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion sector is required.
