1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback for improvements.
9. Enforce sustainability policies locally and globally.
10. Manage store shrinkage through effective operational execution.
11. Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly and maintain cash accuracy.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
13. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
14. Ensure fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies are maintained to high standards.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed goals.
4. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Strategic vision for business development.

A minimum of three years in a comparable role within the retail or fashion industry.
