- Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures of the store in accordance with company policies.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom for easy access to merchandise.
- Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Support and enforce the store operations manual and provide feedback for improvements.
- Implement and uphold sustainability policies locally and globally.
- Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention in collaboration with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team.
- Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly and maintain cash/change accuracy.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising as per company standards.
- Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures, shelving, and supplies.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
- Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Genuine passion for the fashion industry.
A minimum of 3 years in a comparable position within retail or fashion sectors is required.
