1. Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures of the store in accordance with company policies.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for easy access to merchandise.
4. Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce the store operations manual and provide feedback for improvements.
9. Implement and uphold sustainability policies locally and globally.
10. Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention in collaboration with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team.
11. Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly and maintain cash/change accuracy.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising as per company standards.
13. Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures, shelving, and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
2. Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
4. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

A minimum of 3 years in a comparable position within retail or fashion sectors is required.
