1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient access to merchandise.
4. Support management in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Collaborate with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
10. Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning correctly, and manage cash accuracy and bank deposits.
11. Assist with visual display and merchandising as directed by management.
12. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Proven ability to drive sales and exceed goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.

A minimum of three years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion sector is required.
