- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient access to merchandise.
- Support management in overseeing daily store operations.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
- Collaborate with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
- Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning correctly, and manage cash accuracy and bank deposits.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising as directed by management.
- Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of fixtures and supplies.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceed goals.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.
A minimum of three years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion sector is required.
