- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management in daily store operations, ensuring a balance in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments and handle customer feedback promptly.
- Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
- Manage store shrinkage and ensure cash register accuracy.
- Assist with visual merchandising according to company standards.
- Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of fixtures and supplies.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive business results.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Attention to detail in operational and visual management.
A minimum of three years in a comparable role within the retail or fashion sector is required.
The hourly wage ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 USD, depending on experience and location.
