1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations, ensuring a balance in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
5. Maintain effective communication with all departments and handle customer feedback promptly.
6. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
7. Manage store shrinkage and ensure cash register accuracy.
8. Assist with visual merchandising according to company standards.
9. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
2. Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive business results.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.

The hourly wage ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 USD, depending on experience and location.
