1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Maintain an organized stockroom to facilitate easy access to merchandise.
4. Support management in daily store operations, ensuring a balance in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
5. Foster effective communication with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
6. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
7. Implement and uphold store operations manual and provide feedback for necessary updates.
8. Enforce sustainability policies at both local and global levels.
9. Collaborate with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team to minimize store shrinkage through effective operational practices.
10. Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning correctly and maintain back-of-house cash accuracy with timely bank deposits.
11. Assist in implementing visual displays and merchandising as per company standards.
12. Communicate visual standards information from Store Manager and Corporate to the team.
13. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
14. Maintain high standards for fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.
15. Ensure adequate supply levels are maintained at all times.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion industries.
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a retail environment.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a passion for the fashion industry.
4. Strategic vision and high level of personal performance.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.
4. Proficiency in visual merchandising and store operations.

A minimum of 3 years in a comparable role within the retail or fashion sectors is required.

The hourly wage range for this position is estimated between $20.00 USD and $22.00 USD, subject to geographic differentials and individual qualifications.
