- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Maintain an organized stockroom to facilitate easy access to merchandise.
- Support management in daily store operations, ensuring a balance in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Foster effective communication with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Implement and uphold store operations manual and provide feedback for necessary updates.
- Enforce sustainability policies at both local and global levels.
- Collaborate with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team to minimize store shrinkage through effective operational practices.
- Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning correctly and maintain back-of-house cash accuracy with timely bank deposits.
- Assist in implementing visual displays and merchandising as per company standards.
- Communicate visual standards information from Store Manager and Corporate to the team.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
- Maintain high standards for fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.
- Ensure adequate supply levels are maintained at all times.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion industries.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a retail environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a passion for the fashion industry.
- Strategic vision and high level of personal performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising and store operations.
A minimum of 3 years in a comparable role within the retail or fashion sectors is required.
The hourly wage range for this position is estimated between $20.00 USD and $22.00 USD, subject to geographic differentials and individual qualifications.
