1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations, including sales, merchandising, and personnel management.
5. Communicate effectively with all departments and handle customer feedback promptly.
6. Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
7. Manage inventory and loss prevention in collaboration with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager.
8. Ensure cash registers and safes function properly and manage cash handling standards.
9. Support visual merchandising according to company standards.
10. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and functionality of fixtures and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion sectors.
2. Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.
4. Proficiency in visual merchandising and store operations.

A minimum of three years in a comparable role within the retail or fashion industry is required.
