- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management in daily store operations, including sales, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Communicate effectively with all departments and handle customer feedback promptly.
- Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
- Manage inventory and loss prevention in collaboration with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager.
- Ensure cash registers and safes function properly and manage cash handling standards.
- Support visual merchandising according to company standards.
- Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and functionality of fixtures and supplies.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion sectors.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising and store operations.
A minimum of three years in a comparable role within the retail or fashion industry is required.
