1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures of the store in alignment with company policies.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations, ensuring a balance in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
5. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
6. Implement and enforce the store operations manual and provide feedback for improvements.
7. Support and enforce sustainability policies both locally and globally.
8. Partner with Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage through effective operational execution.
9. Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly and maintain cash/change accuracy with timely bank deposits.
10. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
11. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
12. Maintain high standards for fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
4. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Strategic vision for business development.

Candidates must have over three years of experience in a comparable position, ideally within the retail or fashion sectors.
