- Achieve sales goals and contribute to store profitability.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management in daily store operations.
- Maintain a balance in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Communicate effectively with all departments and handle customer feedback promptly.
- Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
- Manage inventory, minimize shrinkage, and ensure cash register accuracy.
- Assist with visual merchandising and display according to company standards.
- Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper supply levels.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceed goals.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strategic vision and high personal performance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar retail or fashion role, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
