1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations, ensuring a balance between sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
5. Maintain effective communication with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
6. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
7. Support and enforce the store operations manual and provide feedback on necessary updates.
8. Implement and uphold company sustainability policies.
9. Manage store shrinkage and collaborate with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team for operational efficiency.
10. Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly and maintain cash/change accuracy.
11. Assist in visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
12. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of store property.
13. Maintain appropriate levels of store supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
2. Proven ability to drive sales results, exceeding individual and store goals.
3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen with a passion for the fashion industry.
4. Strategic vision to develop business and achieve high performance.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.

A minimum of three years in a comparable role within the retail or fashion sector is required.
