1. Achieve sales goals and objectives.
2. Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management with daily store operations.
5. Maintain a balance between sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Communicate effectively with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Implement and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Manage store shrinkage in collaboration with the Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team.
10. Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly and maintain cash accuracy.
11. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
12. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store.
13. Ensure proper levels of supplies are maintained.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion industries.
2. Proven ability to drive results in a selling role, exceeding individual and store goals.
3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
4. Strategic vision to develop the business and enhance personal performance.

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Attention to detail in operational execution.

A minimum of three years in a comparable role within retail or fashion sectors.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $21.00 to $24.00 USD, depending on experience and geographic location.
