1. Achieve sales targets and objectives.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Maintain an organized stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.

12. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of store property.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proven track record in driving sales and exceeding goals.
4. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
5. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of three years in a similar role within the retail or fashion industry, demonstrating a proven ability to drive sales and manage store operations.
