- Achieve sales targets and drive store performance.
- Manage opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
- Assist management in daily store operations.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Implement and enforce store operations manual and suggest necessary updates.
- Adhere to and promote sustainability policies locally and globally.
- Minimize store shrinkage through effective stock and inventory management.
- Ensure cash registers and safe function properly and manage cash accuracy.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises.
- Maintain high standards for store fixtures, shelving, and supplies.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The hourly wage ranges from $19.00 USD to $21.00 USD, depending on experience and geographic location.
