1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
3. Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Maintain effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Implement and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback on necessary updates.
9. Enforce sustainability policies at local and global levels.
10. Manage store shrinkage by collaborating with stock associates and sales team.
11. Ensure cash registers and safe function properly and maintain cash accuracy.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
13. Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of store property.
14. Ensure adequate supply levels are maintained at all times.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role within retail or fashion companies.
2. Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed goals.
3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
4. Strategic vision to develop the business and achieve high personal performance.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.

A minimum of 3 years in a comparable position, preferably within the retail or fashion sector.

The hourly rate ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 USD, depending on geographic location and other factors.
