1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Oversee opening and closing procedures of the store.
3. Ensure the stockroom is organized for efficient merchandise access.
4. Assist management in daily store operations.
5. Maintain balanced strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Facilitate effective communication with all departments and staff.
7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Manage store shrinkage and ensure operational execution with the Stock Associate and Sales Team.
10. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safe, maintaining cash accuracy and timely bank deposits.
11. Assist with visual display and merchandising in alignment with company standards.
12. Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of store property.
13. Maintain adequate levels of store supplies.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion industries.
2. Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed individual and store goals.
3. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
4. Strategic vision and high level of personal performance.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
4. Proficiency in visual merchandising and store maintenance.

A minimum of three years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion sectors is required.
