1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policies.
3. Maintain an organized stockroom to facilitate easy access to merchandise.
4. Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Foster effective communication with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
7. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce the store operations manual and suggest necessary updates.
9. Implement and uphold sustainability policies locally and globally.
10. Minimize store shrinkage through effective operational execution.
11. Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safes, and manage cash accuracy and bank deposits.
12. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
13. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store, ensuring high standards of presentation.
14. Maintain adequate levels of store supplies at all times.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
4. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
5. Strategic vision for business development and personal performance.
