- Product sensitivity and strong knowledge of market trends and fashion.
- Result-oriented with commercial acumen.
- Flexibility, openness, curiosity, and stress resilience.
- Aptitude for assisted sales and teamwork.
- Proficiency in digital skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
Candidates must have prior experience in assisted sales within the fashion or luxury sectors, particularly in leather goods.
