1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
2. Serve as a host for customers, fostering and strengthening customer relationships.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.

1. Previous experience in a multinational brand environment, with related experience being advantageous.
2. Strong product and fashion sensitivity with a good understanding of fashion trends.

1. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
2. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
4. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with related experience considered a plus.
