- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Serve as a host for customers, fostering and strengthening customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.
- Previous experience in a multinational brand environment, with related experience being advantageous.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with a good understanding of fashion trends.
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with related experience considered a plus.
