- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Address and report client requests and complaints to the management team.
- Provide high-quality feedback regarding clients to management.
- Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability and meet client needs.
- Stay informed on market trends and the business environment.
- Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga behaviors and ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
- Present the Balenciaga universe and collections with a storytelling approach.
- Provide personalized advice and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Execute product presentation guidelines and ensure client satisfaction.
- Create and update client portfolios and follow up through the Luce app.
- Build authentic and long-term client relationships.
- Follow HQ guidelines on client journey and loyalty programs.
- Demonstrate professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with a service-oriented approach.
- Facilitate teamwork and assist colleagues in achieving goals.
- Participate in achieving sustainability goals.
- Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
- Receive and process store deliveries and organize shipments.
- Contribute to front and back of house operations, including stock control and inventories.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proficiency in digital and IT skills, including MS Office.
- Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Adaptability, reactivity, curiosity, and authenticity.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment while respecting brand values.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience is required, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
