1. Implement action plans defined with the Store Manager or Store Director and ensure consistent follow-up.
2. Facilitate effective communication between the Store Manager or Store Director and the store team, providing high-quality feedback.
3. Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
4. Identify and nurture the strengths of each team member, supporting their professional growth through training and coaching.
5. Ensure the Balenciaga Signature and Client experience are consistently executed.
6. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements, including sustainability, HR, and stock organization.

1. Proven successful experience in selling and managing sales teams.
2. Inclusive leadership style with excellent organizational skills.
3. Adaptability, persuasiveness, and a dynamic approach.
4. High sensitivity to client experiences and loyalty.

1. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
2. Strong PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Demonstrated experience in sales and team management within the luxury retail sector.
