- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.
- Prior experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in fashion.
- Product and fashion sensitivity with an understanding of current trends.
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and digital tools.
