1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
2. Act as a host for customers, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.

1. Prior experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in fashion.
2. Product and fashion sensitivity with an understanding of current trends.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
6. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and digital tools.
