Cristóbal Balenciaga founded the House in 1917 in Spain and established the brand in Paris in 1937. Known for its uncompromising standards, Balenciaga is a part of the Kering group since 2001 and is one of the most influential names in fashion. The brand is renowned for its highly conceptual prêt-à-porter collections, leather goods, footwear, and accessories. Since 2015, Demna Gvasalia has been the artistic director, designing both men’s and women’s collections.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs using appropriate sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, strengthening and building strong customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
- Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation.
- Ensure store cleanliness and tidiness, respecting visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up.
- Prior experience in a multinational brand environment.
- Product and fashion sensitivity with good knowledge of fashion trends.
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficient in PC skills such as MS Office and other digital tools.
Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is required. Related experience is a plus.
