- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships and enhancing customer experience.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure stock replenishment and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with all store processes.
- Prior experience in a multinational brand environment.
- Related experience in the fashion industry is advantageous.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with knowledge of current trends.
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with additional experience in fashion being beneficial.
