1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
2. Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships.
3. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with all store processes and guidelines.

1. Experience in a multinational brand environment is preferred.
2. Knowledge of fashion trends and product sensitivity.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
4. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
6. Proficient in MS Office and other digital tools.
