2. Act as a host for customers, fostering strong and enduring client relationships.
3. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Manage stock replenishment and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation.
5. Uphold store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with store processes and follow-up procedures.

1. Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in fashion.
2. Strong fashion sense and awareness of current trends.
3. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

1. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
2. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools.

Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with additional experience in fashion being advantageous.
