- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs using effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, fostering and strengthening customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Ensure store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.
- Prior experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably in a related field.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with an understanding of current trends.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
Experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with a preference for candidates with related experience in the fashion industry.
