- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Uphold store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.
- Prior experience in a multinational brand environment, with related experience being advantageous.
- Strong fashion sensitivity and knowledge of current trends.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools.
Experience in a multinational brand environment, particularly in luxury fashion, is preferred.
