- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a premium client experience.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Ensure store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Support and comply with all store processes and follow-up procedures.
- Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is preferred.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with awareness of current trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Competency in MS Office and other digital tools.
Experience in a similar role within a luxury or fashion retail environment is advantageous.
