- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host to customers, fostering strong relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Uphold store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.
- Experience in a multinational brand environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated product and fashion sensitivity with an understanding of fashion trends.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury or high-end retail environment is advantageous.
