1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
2. Act as a host for customers, fostering and strengthening customer relationships.
3. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support store processes and ensure compliance with company policies.

1. Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably within the fashion industry.

1. Strong product and fashion sensitivity with knowledge of current trends.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
3. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
5. Competency in MS Office and other digital tools.

Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with a preference for those with related experience in the fashion industry.
