- Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
- Receive and process store deliveries.
- Prepare and organize client deliveries and shipments.
- Contribute to stock control and inventory management.
- Support after-sales services and provide feedback to management.
- Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training (for internal promotions).
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Associate (for internal promotions).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience (for external candidates).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in handling client transactions and store operations.
- Knowledge of market trends and fashion industry.
- Capability to inspire and engage clients.
- Competence in maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
