- Build and update the client portfolio, engaging clients to foster long-term relationships.
- Follow guidelines from headquarters regarding the client journey and loyalty program.
- Exhibit professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with a service-oriented approach.
- Facilitate teamwork to enhance client experience and achieve goals.
- Participate in achieving sustainability goals.
- Perform front-of-house (FOH) activities and key back-of-house (BOH) duties independently.
- Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
- Manage store deliveries and client shipments.
- Contribute to stock control and inventory management.
- Support after-sales services by executing omnichannel policies and providing feedback to management.
- Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training (for internal promotions).
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Sales Associate (for internal promotions).
- Minimum of two years of relevant sales experience (for external candidates).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in managing client relationships and providing exceptional service.
- Knowledge of market trends and fashion industry developments.
- Competence in executing visual merchandising and product presentation.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
