- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.

- Build authentic, long-term client relationships.
- Adhere to guidelines for client journey and loyalty programs.
- Exhibit professionalism and teamwork in all interactions.
- Contribute to sustainability goals.
- Perform front and back of house duties, including processing transactions and managing stock.
- Support after-sales services and provide feedback to management.
- Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training (for internal candidates).
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Associate (for internal candidates).
- Minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience (for external candidates).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Knowledge of retail operations and visual merchandising.
- Familiarity with omnichannel retail strategies.
Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
