1. Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
2. Act as a guide for customers, engaging with them to build strong and lasting relationships.
3. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to deliver superior and professional customer service.
4. Ensure proper stock levels and product quality; manage in-store displays and merchandise sales.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays meet company standards.
6. Adhere to all store and company policies and operational procedures.

1. Previous experience with international brands; sales experience is preferred.
2. Strong sensitivity and recognition of brand, apparel, and fashion trends.
3. Demonstrated responsibility and teamwork skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
5. Excellent communication, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and other computer software.
