- Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

- Provide exceptional customer service through comprehensive product knowledge.
- Ensure optimal stock levels and product quality, managing in-store displays and merchandise.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays meet company standards.
- Adhere to all store and company policies and operational procedures.
- Experience working with international brands, with a preference for candidates with relevant sales experience.
- Strong sensitivity and discernment towards brand, apparel, and fashion trends.
- Demonstrated responsibility and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Competence in using MS Office and other computer software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of product knowledge and fashion trend awareness.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Previous experience in sales, particularly within international luxury brands, is preferred.
