- Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Act as a guide for customers, engaging with them to build strong and lasting relationships.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to deliver superior and professional customer service.
- Ensure adequate stock levels and product quality; manage in-store displays and merchandise sales.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure displays meet company standards.
- Adhere to all store and company policies and operational procedures.
- Previous experience with an international brand; sales experience preferred.
- Strong sensitivity and discernment towards brand, fashion, and trends.
- Demonstrated responsibility and teamwork awareness.
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
- Excellent communication, customer relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Competency in MS Office and other computer software.
