- Collect and update customer information to ensure efficient use of CRM and Client Book, developing the client portfolio.

- Previous experience in assisted sales within fashion, luxury, and leather goods environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Product sensitivity and strong knowledge of market trends and fashion.
- Result-oriented with a focus on commercial outcomes.
- Flexibility, openness, curiosity, listening skills, and stress resilience.
- Aptitude for assisted sales and teamwork.
- Proficiency in digital skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
Previous experience in assisted sales within fashion, luxury, and leather goods environments is required.
